Linwood, New Jersey Pageant Queen Sings Anthem At Yankees Game

What a thrill … to be given the opportunity to sing the National Anthem of the United States of America at a Major League Baseball, New York Yankees game.

Standing just inches from the on field New York Yankee insignia … Miss New Jersey 2023 1st Runner-up Grace Mozitis delivered a perfect pitch, traditional vocal of the National Anthem.

Mozitis’ performance was at today’s, Saturday, August 5, 2023 New York Yankees vs. Houston Astros … in the rubber match of a three game series.

The Yankees won the game 3-1 and the series, 2 games to 1.

Mozitis has successfully performed her pure rendition at multiple professional sports games and at the Visit Atlantic City Airshow … the largest and most successful midweek airshow in America.

The New York Yankees posted a very glowing comment and photo on their social media Facebook Page.

Of note, not that it’s a surprise … The New York Yankees confirmed that Grace Mozitis will seek the title of Miss New Jersey 2024.

The 2023 Miss New Jersey Pageant ended with two first cousins finishing first and first runner-up. As far as we can tell, this is a first in Miss New Jersey history.

New York Yankee Stadium is considered by many … myself included … as “The Cathedral” of Major League Baseball.

What a thrill it must have been for Grace Mozitis to belt out the National Anthem, while standing on the Yankee Stadium infield.
