Man Arrested for Allegedly Robbing Atlantic City Boardwalk Store

An Atlantic City man is facing charges after cops say he burglarized a store on the boardwalk early Thursday morning.

According to a press release, officers responded to the 1700 block of the boardwalk for the report of a store that had been burglarized. Arriving officers found the front door of the store had been smashed, the store in disarray, and several thousand dollars of lottery tickets missing.

Using the boardwalk surveillance camera system, a description of the suspect was made available to working officers. Shortly after, cops stopped 45-year-old Keith Faulkner in the 500 block of Indiana Avenue where he was found to be in possession of a large amount of lottery tickets.

Faulkner is now facing burglary-related charges and was remanded to the Atlantic County Justice Facility.
