Zoubek was signed by the New Jersey Nets in 2010.

Zoubek is a real Life gentle giant. His intentions for Atlantic City are both honorable and impressive.

Today, Zoubek announced the groundbreaking for the first 9 of 29 residential homes that are being built by Zoubek.

They are 3 bedroom, 2 bath homes, with roof top balconies that will have a pristine ocean view.

Zubek is bullish on Atlantic City. He announced today that Atlantic City is one of the last places in America, where you can purchase oceanfront and near oceanfront properties for about 1/3 of what it would cost elsewhere.

Mayor Small is bullish on Zoubek. Small announced that this is a time of great progress in Atlantic City. Mayor Small acknowledged that this is a big project… However, he emphasized that it is one of many great residential projects that are coming to Atlantic City.

Small also hinted that there were other exciting Atlantic City development opportunities that he could not yet discuss in detail.
