Margate’s Steve & Cookies One Night Only Philly ‘Takeover’ Dinner

Margate, New Jersey’s Steve & Cookie’s Restaurant will partner with Philadelphia’s Vernick Fish, which is located within the Four Seasons Hotel in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

It will be a creative, one night only “takeover” event on Tuesday, March 21, 2023 … as classic menu items from Margate’s Steve & Cookies Restaurant will be prepared and served at Philadelphia’s Vernick Fish.

It will be a collaboration between Vernick Fish Chefs Greg Vernick and Drew Parassio and Steve & Cookies owner Cookie Till, along with food presented by Executive Chef Kevin Kelly and Chef de Cuisine Warner Christie. Adult beverages will be served by resident Bartender Bruce.

The proceeds of this special “takeover” event will directly benefit Cookie Till’s not for profit, A Meaningful Purpose at Reed’s Farm in Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey.

Making this a “home and away event,” for the second consecutive year, there will be a one week “pop-up” event with Vernick Fish titled “Down the Shore” from August 7-12, 2023, as they visit Steve & Cookies.

This event will culminate with farm-to-table charity dinner at Reed's Farm. The proceeds will benefit “A Meaningful Purpose.”

Tickets for the charity dinner on Saturday, August 12, 2023 will go on sale in mid-June, 2023.
