The City of Atlantic City and famed home builder K. Hovnanian Homes will officially break ground Wednesday on the long-awaited Terraces at Absecon Inlet, marking an exciting new chapter in Atlantic City's ongoing development renaissance. Mayor Marty Small, Sr. and project representatives will put the first shovels into the ground to celebrate the start of construction on 38 waterfront townhomes which will bring new investment to the city's Inlet section, said Mayor Small.
