Mullica Township, NJ, Juvenile Charged With Shooting Death

The Atlantic County, New Jersey Prosecutor’s Office has revealed that a Mullica Township, New Jersey juvenile has been charged in a shooting death under the following disturbing circumstances.

The Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office has released the following details & They Are Quite Specific As Follows:

Late Friday evening, July 24, 2026, officers from the Mullica Police Department responded to a single motor vehicle accident in the area of Route 30 and Snow Hill Road. Upon arrival, officers observed that the driver, later identified as Javonte Stallworth, 19, of Mullica Twp., was deceased and that he had sustained a single gunshot wound to the head. Witnesses stated that two people fled from the accident scene on foot. A short time later, two juvenile passengers who were travelling with Stallworth were located, stopped and detained. They were subsequently transported to the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office for questioning, said the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office.

The Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office has confirmed that after the questioning — one of the juveniles, A.H., 15, also from Mullica Township, was charged with a myriad of serious offenses as follows:

Aggravated Manslaughter.
Unlawful Possession of a Handgun.
Possession of a Firearm for an Unlawful Purpose.
Possession of a Firearm Without a Serial Number.
Possession of a Firearm by a Minor.

The charged juvenile was transported Harbor Fields Juvenile Detention Center.
