Police: Pleasantville, NJ, Man Arrested For Nail Salon Burglary in Egg Harbor Twp.
A man from Pleasantville has been charged for allegedly breaking into a nail salon last week.
The Egg Harbor Township Police Department says 51-year-old Daniel G. Rolls has been charged with burglary, theft, and criminal mischief.
On the morning of Sunday, August 20th, EHT Police responded to Jack & Son Nails Spa at the Black Horse Pike and Tilton Road near Boscov's in Harbor Square for a report that the front door was shattered.
Patrol officers were able to determine that a suspect had used an object to shatter the front door. The suspect then entered the business and removed currency from the cash register.
An investigation determined Rolls was allegedly responsible for the break-in.
He was arrested this past Wednesday by the Pleasantville Police Department for that incident and on an unrelated active warrant.
Rolls is currently being held at the Atlantic County Justice Facility pending a detention hearing.
The public is reminded that charges are accusations and all persons are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
