New Atlantic City Arena Football League Team Set to Announce Team Name

Thursday, March 7th, South Jersey football fans will find out what Atlantic City's Arena Football League team name will be in a exclusive event at Ocean Resort Casino.

The new team will unveil its name, logo, and uniform designs right before 6PM.

Earlier this year, the final five choices for the name were revealed: Atlantic City Blackjacks, Atlantic City Gamblers, Atlantic City High Rollers, Atlantic City Jackpot, and Atlantic City Royals.

“The time has finally come, and we are ready to announce our team name and identity,” said George Manias, COO of Atlantic City AFL in a press release. “We appreciate everyone’s patience during our due diligence process, and we cannot wait to reveal our brand to the world on March 7.  We are very happy and proud of our new name, logo, and colors.  Our brand will be synonymous to Atlantic City.”

Those who have secured their season tickets will have access to the press conference and have a first glance at the team’s name and logo.
