New Jersey Congressman Slams White House Over Drone Inaction

The federal government didn’t comment about the mysterious drone activity for weeks, until United States Congressman Jeff Van Drew, R-2-NJ, put effective public pressure on them.

President Joe Biden didn’t speak on the matter until last evening, despite the fact that drones have been flying the skies of New Jersey and other parts of America since mid-November, 2024.

However, last week, on the same day that Van Drew shined light on the drones … The Pentagon finally issued its first public comments.

Van Drew successfully smoked them out.

Van Drew has not let-up, consistently demanding answers from the Biden White House.

Van Drew has also been critical of John Kirby, the White House National Security Communications Advisor, saying:

”John Kirby's dismissive statement regarding the ongoing unidentified drone situation, specifically his claim that "we have seen nothing" is unusual, said Van Drew.”

Van Drew is not holding back, saying further that:

"For John Kirby to stand before the American people, red-faced and sputtering excuses, and claim there is nothing out of the ordinary going on here after weeks of mounting concern is either sheer incompetence, willful ignorance, or a cover-up," said Congressman Van Drew. "People are reporting drones, some the size of SUVs, and instead of addressing those legitimate concerns, the administration is brushing them off and treating Americans like they are delusional. It is unacceptable. I have local law enforcement coming to me with serious concerns, yet the administration claims these sightings cannot be corroborated. At the same time, the PSEG nuclear power plant is requesting restricted airspace because of drone activity, something they have never done before, and still we are told everything is fine. If these drones are a part of a government operation, we do not need to know every classified detail, but we do deserve some level of transparency. We have seen this happen before. They downplayed the Chinese spy balloon, assuring us it was not a threat, and then let it drift over our country for weeks collecting intelligence. To now dismiss these drones as routine is the height of arrogance and it is disrespectful to the people of America,” said Van Drew.

Van Drew dropped the microphone on the outgoing Biden White House saying:

"Of course, they will hold hearings, task forces, and commissions but nothing will come of it. We will get the bureaucratic runaround while they hope that the public moves on and forgets. I will not let that happen. I will keep pushing and attempt to get real answers for the American public,” concluded Van Drew.
