New Jersey Has Nothing To Worry About Regarding Abortion

A divisive and despicable level of politics is being played regarding the recent leak of a draft majority decision, written by the United States Supreme Court Associate Justice Samuel Alito who was born in Trenton, New Jersey on April 1, 1950.

First, it’s a leak, which has never happened in United States Supreme Court, American history.

Second, it’s a draft opinion. It could change before the final decision on the Mississippi abortion case is announced in late June or early July.

Third, (here’s an example) when SCOTUS Chief Justice John Roberts reversed his preliminary “vote” on The Affordable Care Act (ObamaCare). He was going to join a majority and overturn it, By declaring that the individual mandate was unconstitutional.

Instead, Roberts changed his mind and voted with the four other more liberal members of the court… With Roberts actually crafting the notion that the individual mandate was a tax and therefore constitutionally legal. In this case, Roberts flipped his initial intentions and literally saved ObamaCare.

Ironically, Obama's solicitor general strenuously argued before the Supreme Court that the individual mandate was not a tax.

Fourth, New Jerseyans Have absolutely nothing to worry about, because even if the supreme court decision overturns Roe v. Wade, the right to an abortion will be made a states' rights decision.

Fifth, New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy has made it unambiguously clear … A woman’s right to choose will be protected in New Jersey.

Sixth, the conduct of Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, Chuck Schumer, and many other prominent Democrats has been disgraceful and dangerous,

As of this writing, a massive, unclimbable fence has been erected around The United States Supreme Court … because things have become so purposefully dangerous.

Biden and the others have been inciting an angry mob mentality that has the potential to get someone hurt or killed. A Washington police officer was injured yesterday at the sight of The Supreme Court because of the manufactured unrest.

Seventh, Biden and others are reckless, dangerous, and outrageous statements that certain other rights will be taken away next. It’s disgraceful and only because they know that Democrats are going to lose big on November 8, 2022, mid-term elections. So, they’re trying to change the subject and they don’t care who they hurt in the process.

Biden and other prominent Democrats are saying outrageous and untruthful things such as:

Children who are LGBTQ won’t be able to be in classrooms with other children.
Griswood v. Connecticut might be reversed (Banning contraceptive use by married couples).
Segregation may be reestablished in America.

There are additional equally bogus claims being made by the hour. Not one of these allegations is true.

There's a lot of media attention paid to the United States Capitol, the so-called January 6, 2021 insurrection.

Currently, certain Americans are threatening the Supreme Court to potentially reverse their decision. How is this any different?

The United States Supreme Court is a co-equal branch of the federal government. The highest levels of the American government are trying to overturn the results of a decision before the decision is even made final.

If January 6, 2021, was an insurrection … then, so is this!

Remember New Jersey. You have nothing to worry about. The worst-case scenario is that if Roe v. Wade is reversed … the right to abortion will shift to the states, where it always should have been in the first place.

There is absolutely nothing in the United States Constitution about abortion. It’s a state’s rights issue.

Governor Murphy and the New Jersey legislature will preserve and protect a woman’s right to choose.

In fact, Governor Murphy signed the Freedom of Reproductive Choice Act on January 13, 2022, before any of the current politically contrived hysteria was hatched.
