New Jersey: Last Minute Super Bowl Party Ideas; It’s Not Too Late

The Super Bowl, between The Los Angeles Rams versus The Cincinnati Bengals is tomorrow, Sunday, February 13, 2022.

Kick-off time is 6:30 p.m., ET. on NBC television.

It may not seem like it, but, you still have time to put together a fun (at home) Super Bowl Party together for family and friends.

You can keep it simple, by putting together easy food and beverage items together that will make it look like you planned it for weeks in advance.

These are my Super Bowl Party tips for you, your families and friends.

If you decide to throw a last minute party together … make it fun, don’t get stressed out by it.

MAKE A RUN TO A PARTY STORE OR DOLLAR STORE

Super Bowl or generic football decorations. You can buy a banner to hang, and place inexpensive inflatable footballs all around your Super Bowl party house. You can hang some football-shaped balloons and streamers from the ceiling.

ATLANTIC CITY SUBS

Of course, subs with the world famous Atlantic City sub bread can be the centerpiece of your last minute party.

Many of the local sub stores will cut the subs in smaller party size sections. You can also order sub trays that display beautifully, with no set-up required on your part.

PIZZA

Along with Atlantic City Subs, you simply can’t go wrong with pizza.

Order from the myriad of wonderful local establishments, or, prepare your own frozen varieties.

For last minute, perhaps go with delivery, because it’s one more thing that you won’t have to worry about.

SLIDERS

These small hamburgers (steak or other meats) tiny sandwiches are easy to pick-up or prepare and delicious and popular.

HOT HAM & CHEESE SANDWICHES

Delicious and so simple to prepare. This will add additional variety with available menu items at your party.

MEATBALLS

Also so simple, popular and perfect for your party. Perch toothpicks right next door to the meatballs and watch them go. Always a fan favorite.

CHICKEN WINGS

Again, so simple and do popular. Buy them by the bag or order them from a local restaurant. You can’t go wrong. Get plain and mild, then everyone will feel included and appreciated by you.

CHILI

You can make it. There are also many excellent prepared varieties that you can purchase at yurt local food store.

Go with mild. Because your guests who love the heat can add it right at your party. Provide your slides near the chili serving bowl.

SLOW COOKED BARBECUE CHICKEN:

You can buy this already prepared and just drop it in your crock pot, with sandwich rolls stacked right near by.

ASSORTED CHIPS & DIPS

Every party of this kind simply must include a nice variety of chips and dips. You can buy already prepared dips, or, make your own.

Nacho chips, Tortilla chips, Corn chips, Potato chips, Pretzels … whatever you like.

MIXED NUTS

If you are serving beer and other adult beverages, this is a nice touch that your family and friends will appreciate.

You can serve them as they come, or, spice them up and add some additional flavor to your party.

DESSERTS

Cookies, Brownies, Cup Cakes.

COOLERS, BUCKETS OR COLORFUL PLASTIC TUBS

Just fill your container with ice and place in your beverages a few hours before kick-off. They will be freezing cold for you and your guests.
