New Jersey Restaurant Now Open, Serving Lunch & Dinner [Photos]

Great news for all foodies, a new restaurant has opened in the Princeton, New Jersey area.

Harpoon Willy’s is open for business and offers lunch, dinner and a weekend brunch.

Harpoon Willy’s signature dish is described as follows:

“The Challah French Toast, a heavenly creation made with rich egg custard, aromatic cinnamon, a dusting of powdered sugar, and drizzled with pure Vermont maple syrup. For a savory delight, savor the Breakfast Bowl, a comforting medley that includes fluffy scrambled eggs, savory sausage, and a blend of cheddar and jack cheese, all perfectly paired with crispy Willy's Breakfast Potatoes.”

One of my absolute favorite breakfast- brunch favorites is Eggs Benedict.

At Harpoon Willy’s, they call it Jersey Benedict and it is comprised of:

• perfectly poached eggs.
• sitting on top of a toasted English muffin.
• layered with pork roll.
• topped with rich hollandaise sauce.
• served with their signature Willy's Breakfast Potatoes.
