NFL Player From Mays Landing, NJ, Hosting Youth Football Camp

Since opening its doors in 2010, Cedar Creek High School has developed into a great football Program and they are holding a youth football camp in July along with one of their alumni who is now playing in the NFL.

The Cedar Creek High School Football Camp will be hosted at its football field on Thursday, July 13th, and Friday, July 14th, from 10 to 12:30. The football camp is for kids in grades 1 through 8 and admission is free.

This two-day camp offers kids to be coached by the Cedar Creek High School Football Staff and former Cedar Creek football players, headlined by Bo Melton who spent time with the Green Bay Packers and Seattle Seahawks last NFL season.

During his senior year at Cedar Creek, Melton compiled 51 receptions and 766 receiving yards with nine touchdown catches plus 451 rushing yards and seven rushing youchdowns. Melton was drafted in the seventh round of the 2022 NFL Draft.

Cedar Creek High School football program has established itself as one of the best in South Jersey winning the 2015 South Jersey Group II State Sectional Championship, the 2019 Central Jersey Group II State Championship, and the 2021 South Jersey/Central Jersey Group III Regional Championship.
