NJ Gubernatorial Candidate Fulop Receives Atlantic City Subpoena
In an exclusive, breaking news report … I have confirmed that Jersey City Mayor Steve Fulop has, or, will be receiving a subpoena (dated April 23, 2025), which commands him to testify in an Atlantic City case (deposition).
The matter is John Devlin versus The City of Atlantic City and numerous other employees.
A LONG LIST OF DEFENDANTS INCLUDES ATLANTIC CITY MAYOR MARTY SMALL
The defendants include Atlantic City Mayor Marty Small and numerous other Atlantic City figures and entities.
Devlin had both his Board of Education and Municipal Utilities Authorities board seats taken from him.
Devlin believes that he is the victim of political retaliation at the hands of Atlantic City Mayor Marty Small.
Then Atlantic City Council President George Tibbitt said publicly on my show that "Mayor Marty Small lied to us. We owe John Devlin an apology,” said Tibbitt.
Tibbitt proceeded to give Devlin a public on-air apology. This was despite the massive exposure that the City of Atlantic City faces at this time.
JOHN DEVLIN SPEAKS ONLY TO US
Devlin shared the following exclusive public comments with me:
This situation has been very unfortunate and difficult for my family. I wish it would had never happened. I only hope good things for the City of Atlantic City, and the ACMUA, I always have. I have always been very passionate about my position at the ACMUA and my other elected positions. This whole experience has been a very tough one my family to say the least, especially having lost my father recently who incidentally suffered from a disease caused by tainted water. (Camp Le June Water Poisoning) | hope this is the light at end of tunnel, and we can finally close this chapter in this book for good, said Devlin.
DAVID CASTELLANI, ESQUIRE
Devlin is represented by talented Atlantic City area attorney David Castellani. Castellani has been very successful versus the City of Atlantic City over the course of several years.
I have learned that Castellani has been taking a variety of depositions from involved parties in this litigation.
Fulop has been mentioned by name multiple times during the deposition phase of this case.
Fulop is the Mayor of Jersey City and he is currently running for Governor of New Jersey. The Democratic field is deep and competitive.
This does not look good for Fulop. Fulop is an enthusiastic Marty Small supporter. Fulop is running under the same banner as Marty Small in the current election cycle (see below).
FULOP MUST PRODUCE THE FOLLOWING
Fulop has been commanded to produce the following information for his upcoming May 7, 2025 sworn deposition:
produce any and all documents relating to contributions received from Fairview Insurance and/or Super PAC Coalition for Change and any documents relating to Mayor Marty Small's involvement and/or association with Mayor Steven M. Fulop's political campaign in the last 10 years, including emails, letters, press releases and/or text messages.
The comments above are taken directly from the subpoena that has been served upon Fulop.
I have obtained a copy of the actual Fulop subpoena. Here it is, directly below.
Fulop’s unconditional support and running mate status with Marty Small is devastating to his campaign for Governor … as Small is presently facing multiple child abuse criminal charges and a separate criminal indictment for alleged witness tampering.
Developing.

Bon appétit.
