Team members from Ocean Casino Resort used their own lunch hour Friday to load up a truck of bagged lunches bound for the Turning Point Day Center’s Leaders in Training Program, which provides employment and opportunities to at-risk teens in Atlantic City between the ages of 14 to 18 . The teens work their jobs from 8 till noon Monday through Thursday, and take educational workshops every Friday. There are reportedly about 200 teens working the program this summer.

The food was put together by Ocean's Food and Beverage team as part of the 'Ocean Cares' initiative.

While Ocean Casino Resort is just getting back to reopening and operating amid the COVID-19 pandemic, it's really inspiring to see their team giving back to the community, and honoring the teens spending their summer doing the same, even if it's just a small 'thank you' in the form of a sandwich and chips.
