Pedestrian Hit by Two Cars — Atlantic City, NJ, Cops Ask for Help Finding One
Cops in Atlantic City say an elderly woman was struck by two vehicles last weekend and they are asking for your help with locating one of them.
The incident occurred around 1:15 early Sunday morning, November 7th, at Arkansas and Pacific Avenues, according to the Atlantic City Police Department.
There, they say,
An investigation revealed that the pedestrian was struck by a vehicle that immediately fled the area. The vehicle fled northbound on Missouri Avenue toward Atlantic Avenue traveling in the wrong direction of traffic. The second vehicle impacted the pedestrian while she was lying in the roadway. The vehicle also left the scene, but was located in Millville, NJ and the driver interviewed. Charges are pending the outcome of the investigation.
The pedestrian, identified only as a 68-year-old woman from Galloway Township, was taken to AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center-City Division with serious injuries.
The vehicle that cops are looking for is likely a dark-colored 2013 or 2014 Subaru Legacy, possibly black or blue, with damage to the front driver’s side headlight area and possibly the windshield.
