Here are two simple comfort foods that you can enjoy together on a cold day, or, any day in the Atlantic City, New Jersey area (or, anywhere) — and, it’s so easy to make.
Campbell’s Tomato Soup, Along With A Grilled Cheese Sandwich

The above combination is delicious and so satisfying.
The Campbell's Condensed Tomato soup, calls for you to add one cup of water. Instead, I add one can of whole milk — which gives you a rich, velvet texture and wonderful taste.
In case you’re wondering, yes, I dunk each bite of the accompanying grilled cheese sandwich into the Campbell's Tomato soup.
The flavors blend so well and they are perfect together.
NOTE: During the summer months, I make a grilled cheese sandwich, along with Jersey Tomatoes. Pair it with Jersey corn, too. See below.

I Enjoy Soup All Year Long
Some eat soup only when it’s cold outside. I enjoy soup all year long.
My Absolute Favorite Soup — Crab Bisque Soup

From the iconic Crab Trap in Somers Point, New Jersey. You can see this fabulous soup directly above.
It’s rich, with perfect flavor and texture. Not to mention — it’s loaded with delectable crabmeat.
This Is No Exaggeration

The Crab Trap, crab bisque is so good, that this is what my bowl looks like after eating it. See above.
The Crab Trap provides complimentary piping hot homemade rolls. They are the perfect “device” to not leave a drop of crab bisque soup behind. See below.
