The Prosecutor Will Reynolds era is one of the most successful in history thus far in Atlantic County, New Jersey.

His philosophy of achieving guilty pleas is paying dividends in many ways.

First, it ensures successful convictions of guilty defendants.

Second, it substantially helpful in keeping the court - trial load down.

Third, it saves the taxpayers of Atlantic County substantial dollars … as trials are very expensive to prepare for and execute.

The latest successful example of this strategy is a guilty plea from a Pleasantville, New Jersey man, who admits to aggravated assault if his girlfriend.

On Friday, February 21, 2025, Kevin Turkvan, 32 years old, from of Pleasantville, New Jersey pleaded guilty before Atlantic County Superior Court Judge Pamela D'Arcy, to the following:

One count of second-degree Aggravated Assault.

By doing so, Turkvan received a irecommended five-year New Jersey State Prison sentence.

Turkvan is subject to the No Early Release Act.

Turkvan asked the judge to be released pending sentencing … the request was denied.

The Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office released the following details about this disturbing case as follows:
