After an investigation, police were able to track down and find the man responsible for shooting into a truck on a highway in Vineland.

Police say they've arrested Cary Speaks, 29, of Birdsboro, PA, for shooting at another driver on Route 55 in Vineland. It happened on June 20th in the area of milepost 35.

It was on that date that police responded to the report of a shooting. Police discovered that a pickup truck was struck by gunfire as the vehicle was approaching Exit 35. Detectives were able to determine the gunfire came from a white SUV during a road rage incident. The victim was able to provide a description of the driver, who fled the area, driving southbound on Route 55.
