Sheriff Officer’s Are Now Assigned
We have confirmed that the Atlantic County Sheriff’s Department have assigned Sheriff Officers now through the end of the early voting season this weekend.
Complaints About The Overall Conduct
This was a collaboration of the Atlantic County Board of Elections, Atlantic County Superintendent of Elections and the Atlantic County Sheriff.
Atlantic County Board of Elections Voted Unanimously
We have confirmed that both Republicans and both Democrats voted to request that the Atlantic County Sheriff Officers be stationed at Quaremba Hall in Atlantic City.
Don Purdy made a legitimate case about the disruptions that have occurred during this election cycle.
This Polling Place Has Been A Problem For Years
Going forward, all responsible authorities need to get on the same page and address this issue going forward.
There are only 7 early, in person polling sites for all Atlantic County.
Additionally, this is the only polling place in Atlantic City for early, in person voting.
Voters Have Complained About Feeling Intimidated
The process of voting should be orderly and civilized. Every voter deserves to feel safe and secure.
This was not the case at Atlantic City’s Quaremba Hall.
No Word About The General Election
There are calls for a free and fair election in Atlantic City.
There is presently no word as to whether the Atlantic County Sheriff’s Department will be stationed at polling places in Atlantic City on He seal Election Day, this Tuesday, November 4, 2025.
