Six Search Warrants: Eight Arrested on Narcotics, Weapons Charges in Atlantic County

The Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office says eight people were arrested on narcotics and weapons charges following a two-month long investigation by the ACPO Gangs, Guns, and Narcotics Unit.

In a press release, Atlantic County Prosecutor Damon Tyner said, “I want to thank all of our law enforcement partners that contributed to this operation. Their efforts enabled us to remove guns, high capacity ammunition and drugs out of circulation in Atlantic County,” Prosecutor Tyner said.

Last Thursday, the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office Gangs, Guns and Narcotics Unit executed six search warrants in Egg Harbor City and Mullica Township. Two handguns, large capacity handgun magazines and hollow point ammunition, approximately 2000 individual wax folds of suspected heroin, approximately 6 ounces of suspected cocaine, and various items utilized to manufacture and package narcotics were seized, according to authorities.

Robert Strong, 27, of Egg Harbor City

• Leader of a Narcotics Trafficking Network, 1st Degree
• Distribution of Heroin, 2nd Degree
• Conspiracy to Distribute Heroin, 2nd Degree
• Possession of Heroin, 3rd Degree
• Distribution of Edible Marijuana, 3rd Degree
• Lodged in ACJF

Kevin Moulden 27, of Mullica Township

• Maintaining or Operating a Drug Production Facility, 1st Degree
• Distribution of Cocaine, 1st Degree
• Possession of a Weapon for an Unlawful Purpose, 2nd Degree
• Possession of a Weapon for an Unlawful Purpose, 2nd Degree
• Possession of Cocaine, 3rd Degree
• Possession of Hollow Point Bullets, 4th Degree
• Possession of an extended Magazine, 4th Degree

Scott Dorn, 20, of Egg Harbor City
