This Atlantic City, NJ, Casino Brunch Was Spectacular [Photos]

As a family, we really enjoy first-time experiences together. Yesterday, 3 generations of the Hurley-Baker-Lauriello families enjoyed a spectacular Easter Brunch in Atlantic City, New Jersey.

Following this fantastic Easter Brunch, there was universal agreement that we want to do it again next year.

Capriccio Italian Restaurant is one of the finest restaurants in America. The ambience, attentive staff and quality of the food is always at the highest level.

We Ran Into Executive Sous Chef David Wong

Chef Wong is one of the most talented chef’s in America. His attention to detail, quality assurance and customer service culture is second to none.

For example, before we entered yesterday’s brunch, Chef Wong told us about the Waffles and the fact that the batter was made fresh on special event day morning and all about the science and different properties that are at maximum quality and freshness because of this attention to every detail.

It was like attending a Chef Wong master class.

The Easter Brunch Offerings

Were voluminous and diverse. There was something for everyone’s taste pallet.

Just look at the incredible variety of the Easter Brunch menu above.

From prime rib of beef, lamb chops, chicken marsala, sushi, cold seafood bar, omelets made to order, traditional eggs benedict, waffles made to order, incredible desserts and so much more.

It was all much better than even the menu reads. For example, “Flat Bread” Station. See below, It featured wonderful homemade pizza.

Our Meal Was Incredibly Satisfying

The Eggs Benedict, topped with perfect Hollandaise Sauce was so good that I forgot to take a photo … which is a shame, because the presentation was fantastic.

It was an Easter Sunday blessing to all be together as a Family. We had a wonderful experience.
