Ocean City, New Jersey has long been known as “America’s Favorite Family Resort.”

For Spring, 2023, here are some of the events that are scheduled as follows:

ONE-DAY PREVIEW TO SUMMER SALE

Boardwalk and Downtown businesses are giving residents and visitors a preview during a one-day “Market Madness” event, on Saturday, March 11 at the Ocean City Music Pier.

A total of 25 vendors will be attending this special preview event.

Girls Weekend (March 24 to March 26):

Hotel and bed-and-breakfast packages, dining offers, shopping discounts and much more, throughout Ocean City.

OC-Con Comic Book and Memorabilia Festival (March 25 to March 26):

This is an incredibly popular event. There are various meet-and-greet sessions and activities.

The Great Egg Hunts (April 1 and April 8):

This is a wonderful event for children, as participating boardwalk stores will hide eggs and treats for children to find.

The Easter Dueling Pianos Show and Fashion Stroll will be held on Spril 9, with traditional family events being held at the Music Pier.

Doo Dah Parade (April 15):

Mark Soifer, the legendary former Director of Special Events created this iconic annual event, which has endured for many years.

This is a fun downtown and boardwalk parade that will “feature a brigade of basset hounds.”

Sports Memorabilia Show (April 29):

Martin Z. Mollusk Day (May 5):

Come see if Ocean City's mascot will see his shadow to determine if it will be an early summer in Ocean City.

Spring Block Party (May 6):

This is Ocean City’s premier spring event, which takes place along Asbury Avenue from Fifth Street to 14th Street.
