The violence at the Atlantic City High School remains completely out of control.

On Wednesday, April 26, 2023, a substitute teacher was allegedly assaulted at the Atlantic City High School.

Atlantic City Board of Education Member John Devlin confirmed through Atlantic City Public Schools administration sources that today’s violent incident did occur.

We have learned the identity of the substitute teacher, however, we want to protect this individual from possible follow-up repercussions … so, we will not reveal the name at this time.

Devlin also advised that a student has been taken to the Atlantic City Police Department.

We have reviewed a profane-laced Facebook video that appears to depict a woman claiming that her daughter has been charged with aggravated assault.

We will update this upon receiving additional information as to whether aggregated assault charges will be formally filed.

We also reviewed a video of the violent incident. The screaming and mayhem was completely out of control.

Ironically, today’s latest violent incident within the Atlantic City, public schools, comes on the same day as Phil Eisenstein, a former teacher took the witness stand in his trial against the Atlantic City Board of Education.

Eisenstein was on the witness stand for at least 2 1/2 hours earlier today in New Jersey, Superior Court… at the Atlantic City courthouse.

Eisenstein lost his teaching position more than seven years ago, when he broke up a fight between student.

Somehow, the Atlantic City public schools system turned the entire violent student altercation on Eisenstein.

Eisenstein is suing the Atlantic City Board of Education. Today is Day 3 of his trial.

The state of New Jersey must step in and do something about the repeated instances of violence at the Atlantic City High School.
