Authorities in Burlington County say the man who barricaded himself inside of a home in Beverly last week has now been charged for allegedly killing a man in that home prior to having a standoff with police.

State Police found Cecilio Luciano, 34, of Highland Park, dead inside a house but the the cause of death is not clear.

Authorities say a man from Mt. Laurel who was arrested following a racist rant in his neighborhood earlier this year that was caught on video is now facing more charges.

Burlington County Prosecutor Scott Coffina says a husband and wife from Beverly have been charged with sexually assaulting a teenager in their home last month.
