A 17-year-old man from Woodbury has been charged with fatally shooting a teenager from Camden earlier this week.

Camden County Prosecutor Grace MacAulay's office says the unidentified teenager is facing first-degree murder and related weapons charges and is being held in the Camden County Juvenile Detention Center.

According to authorities, just before 6:00 Tuesday evening, August 27th, officers with the Camden County Police Department were dispatched to the 1100 block of Everett Street for a report of a man lying in the street who had been shot.

That man, later identified as 17-year-old Brian Still of Camden, was taken to Cooper University Hospital where he was pronounced dead less than an hour later.

Anyone with information about this case is asked to contact Det. Tanner Ogilvie with the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office Homicide Unit at (856) 650-6398.

The public is reminded that charges are accusations and all persons are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
