In addition, an 82-year-old woman from Absecon has died from COVID-19, which brings the countywide total to 229.

The 37 new cases were between 16 men, the youngest at only 9 months old, and 21 women, the youngest being six months old.

Today’s cases bring the countywide total to 3,334 residents who have tested positive for COVID-19. 1,866 have been cleared as recovered.

Atlantic County will continue COVID-19 testing next Tuesday at the public works complex on Route 9 in Northfield. The test site is now available for both symptomatic and asymptomatic county residents with or without a doctor’s prescription.
