Three man and two guns were seized by Atlantic City police officers in separate incidents Wednesday.

The ACPD says at about 2:00 Wednesday afternoon, two officers saw 18-year-old Tyrone Ford of Mays Landing walking on Atlantic Avenue entering the Atlantic City Bus Terminal. The officers were aware that Ford had active warrants for his arrest. They located and arrested him before he could board a bus. Cops say Ford had a satchel underneath his jacket that contained a loaded gun.

At about 4:00, ACPD detectives were conducting surveillance in the area of Stanley Holmes Village. According to a press release, they saw two individuals walking on Bay Avenue; one of the individuals was wearing a ski mask. The detectives attempted to speak with the individuals when the both split-up and fled. The detectives apprehended a 17-year-old male in the 300 block of north Ocean Avenue and he was found to be in possession of a loaded gun. The second suspect was later located at Pennsylvania Avenue and Absecon Boulevard; 18-year-old Oscar Euceda of Atlantic City again fled from detectives but he was apprehended after entering a convenience store. Cops say Euceda was found in possession of a small quantity of marijuana.

Ford was charged with unlawful possession of a weapon and contempt of court and was remanded to the Atlantic County Justice Facility.

The 17-year-old male was charged with unlawful possession of a weapon, obstruction of justice, and resisting arrest. He was remanded to the Harborfields Juvenile Detention Center.

Euceda was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, obstruction of justice, and resisting arrest. Euceda was released on a summons with a future court date.
