Thursday: Four More Deaths, 39 More COVID Cases in Atlantic County
There have now been 62 deaths related to COVID-19 in Atlantic County.
On Thursday, officials with Atlantic County announced an 84-year-old woman and a 93-year-old man from Galloway, a 93-year-old man from Northfield, and a 66-year-old man from Pleasantville had died. All had pre-existing conditions and were residents of long-term care facilities.
The county is also reporting 39 more residents have tested positive for COVID-19, including 13 men (ages 21 to 93) and 26 women (ages 6 to 90). 32 more residents have been cleared as recovered.
There have now been 1,315 COVID-19 cases across the county and a total of 304 recovered residents.
