The parking lot of a State Police barracks is certainly an unusual place to deliver your baby.

That's just what happened at about 8:45 AM Thursday at in the parking lot of the State Police Headquarters in Port Norris.

Here are the details from State Police Officials:

Earlier this morning, Detectives Matthew Hanlin and Andrew Abdill were faced with the unexpected, and helped successfully deliver a baby girl in the parking lot of Port Norris Station.
