Two Injured in Route 30 Crash Friday Morning
Atlantic City Police say a man from Texas caused an accident on Route 30 Friday morning.
Around 7:00, cops say 34-year-old Kevin Arceneaux of Dayton, TX, was traveling east on Route 30 approaching the Grammercy Avenue traffic light when he suddenly attempted to turn left directly into the path of another vehicle being driven by a 22-year-old woman from Galloway.
The impact of the crash caused Arceneaux’s vehicle to knock down the traffic light and roll-over into the westbound lanes.
Arceneaux and the other driver were transported to AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center-City for treatment of their injuries.
Arceneaux was issued motor vehicles summons for reckless driving and an unsafe lane change.
