Two Tuckahoe Vol. Firefighters Honored for 50 Years of Service

Just imagine serving for fifty years as a volunteer firefighter?  Robert J. Young Sr. and Winfield Scott Mauger don't have to imagine it, they did it.

The men were honored Monday night at the Upper Township Committee Meeting as the Tuckahoe Volunteer Fire Company presented resolutions along with plaques to the men for their extraordinary accomplishment.

According to an Upper Township Facebook post, Robert J. Young Sr and Winfield Scott Mauger started their volunteer commitment in 1970 and served various roles within the Tuckahoe Volunteer Fire Department throughout the years.
