The Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office has confirmed that a Vineland, New Jersey man has been sentenced on narcotics charges.

George Smith Prison Sentence

Smith, 48 years old, was sentenced on June 8, 2026 before New Jersey Superior Court Judge Donna Taylor.

Smith was sentenced for third-degree possession of CDS with intent to distribute, to a term of three-years in New Jersey State Prison.

Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office Has Released The Following Information About George Smith

On October 28, 2026, members of the New Jersey State Police executed a search warrant on the motel room utilized by the defendant at The Relax Inn in Galloway, NJ. The defendant was arrested and later pleaded guilty to possessing cocaine in the motel room with intent to distribute under one-half ounce, said the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office.
