We have continued to shine the light of truth about what Atlantic City Mayor Marty Small was doing to long-standing businesses at Atlantic City, New Jersey’s Gardner’s Basin in the run up to this season.

The businesses were all surprised on April 1, 2023 when Small sent them unwelcome letters that they would not be able to have their boats in the water.

The letter was titled:

"Notification of Continued Close of Seasonal Operations Due To Dredging."

No one saw this coming!

Following much stress and uncertainty for these water-related local businesses, good news has finally arrived.

After a very rough start … totally beyond the control of these popular Atlantic City businesses … things are now on track for a great Spring and Summer seasons.
