Woman Wanted Since April for Shooting in Atlantic City Arrested

An Atlantic City woman who has been wanted by police since April for a shooting in the city has been arrested in Philadelphia.

The ACPD says 25-year-old Rashanah Camper was arrested in Philadelphia Wednesday.

Authorities say on April 24th, a 25-year-old woman was shot in the area of Tennessee and Atlantic Avenues in Atlantic City. An investigation identified and charged Camper and a previously-arrested 16-year-old male for their involvement in the shooting.

Both Camper and the 16-year-old are facing aggravated assault, unlawful possession of a weapon, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, and conspiracy charges.
