24-Year-Old Woman Goes Missing; Phone Last Used in South Jersey

HACKETTSTOWN — Police are looking for a 24-year-old North Jersey woman whose phone was last used in South Jersey.

Kelsey R. Cassone of Hackettstown was last heard from on Monday night around 8 p.m. and a call was last made from her phone in Mansfield at 8:53 p.m. The New Jersey Turnpike and Route 295 both pass through Mansfield. She was last driving a 2016 Black four-door Honda Civic with New Jersey license plate A94GUT.

Cassone is 5-foot-7, weighs 130 pounds and has brown eyes and brown hair with red highlights.
