
45th annual St. Patrick’s Day Charity Run on Atlantic City Boardwalk Saturday
Get ready to lace up your sneakers as The 45th Annual St. Patrick's Day Charity Run will be held on the iconic Atlantic City Boardwalk for the 25th year straight.
Benefiting The Donny Fund, the South Jersey Field of Dreams, and the Greater Atlantic Cancer Fund. The event regularly generates $20,000 with $10,000 to $12,000 split between the charities.
This will allow the South Jersey Field of Dreams to continue their mission allowing physically and mentally disabled children and adults an opportunity to participate in baseball.
The event will take place Saturday, March 15th, 2025 at the Ocean Casino with free parking available.
The expected 400 to 500 participants can eagerly anticipate the 10 Miler run beginning at 9:30 AM. Followed by the 5K run at 10 AM. Both will start and finish in front of the Ocean Casino.
History shows that 60 percent of the participants do the 5K, while the other 40 percent do the 10 Miler. Usually coming from 10-15 different states.
It is welcomed that the participants continue the tradition of wearing costumes, as many have done so in the past.
Awards will be given out to the top finishers in each age group following the conclusion of both races.
Make sure to register before the Friday, March 14th 2025 closing date. Prices are $45 for anyone over the age of 18, $35 for students under the age of 18.
