Seven people, including a child, were injured in a bad accident in Burlington County.

The crash, between an SUV and a sedan, happened Tuesday afternoon around 4:30 p.m. at Jacobstown-New Egypt Road and Meany Road in North Hanover Twp., 6abc.com reports.

Images from the collision scene, taken by 6abc's Chopper 6, show the SUV off in a nearby field, while the sedan involved remained in the intersection.

Both vehicles appear to have been badly damaged, with the rear hatch door of the SUV detached and laying on the ground.

There is no word on the severity of the injuries suffered by any of the vehicles' occupants, or where they were treated. There is no traffic light at the intersection where the crash occurred.
