61-year-old Bicyclist Killed in Atlantic City, NJ, Accident
A 61-year-old man on a bicycle was killed in a crash in Atlantic City Sunday morning.
The accident happened around 9:45 at Montpelier and Arctic Avenues.
The Atlantic City Police Department says arriving officers found the bicyclist suffering from serious injuries. He was taken to AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center-City Division where he was pronounced deceased.
The driver of the vehicle, a 22-year-old woman from Willingboro, remained at the scene and cooperated with investigators.
The Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office is assisting in this investigation.
The identity of the victim was not included in a press release.
