Callazzo Has Transformed Tennessee Avenue
When Callazzo says that he is going to do something … listen to him … as he always keeps his word. Orange Loop Container Project.
Callazzo persevered and has received all building permits, required to commence with construction of the project.
The Orange Loop Container Project Will Include:
- 28 repurposed shipping containers offering diverse spaces for local vendors, art installations, and event venues.
- A hydroponic farm, rooftop seating, educational areas, and live performance stages.
- Spaces for local farms and small businesses to showcase their products.
- Classrooms and areas for education, art, and community gatherings.
Mark Callazzo and partners obtained a $2.48 million grant from the New Jersey Economic Development Authority for the project.

Big news, Atlantic City! We've officially secured the permits for the Tennessee Avenue Container Park, and we are officially on our way! This has been a journey of planning, persistence, and a whole lot of vision, but the paperwork is signed and the real work begins now. We're turning those containers into the city's newest destination for food, drinks, and vibes.

The Container Park, also known as the Orange Loop Container Park (OLCP), is located at the intersection of Pacific and Tennessee Avenues in Atlantic City, New Jersey. Specifically, the address is 1400 Pacific Avenue. This vibrant hub will feature 28 repurposed shipping containers with retail spaces, local vendor stalls, a hydroponic farm, art installations, event venues, rooftop seating, educational areas, and live performance stages, said Callazzo.
