Atlantic City Food Distribution Set for This Thursday

Thousands in South Jersey continue to be affected by the COVID-19 pandemic and thousands in our area are getting help from food banks.

Another food distribution site will be held this Thursday, October 1st, from 10AM to 2PM at Bader Field in Atlantic City, according to The Press of Atlantic City.

The Casino Reinvestment Development Authority has teamed up with Community Food Bank, the AFL-CIO, and United Here Local 54 to host this drive-up event for Atlantic City residents and hospitality industry workers.

You must register first at the Community Food Bank website and it would be a good idea to get there early since food will only be available while supplies last and on a first come, first serve basis for those in need.

Only one allocation of food items per household and you must have a hospitality industry ID or proof of Atlantic City residency and a confirmation that you are registered.
