
Free Parking At Atlantic City, NJ’s Wave Garage: Hurricane Erin
Due to the impact of Hurricane Erin, the New Jersey Casino Reinvestment Development Authority (NJCRDA) has confirmed that free parking is being made available at the Wave Parking Garage, located at the corner of Mississippi and Fairmount Avenue, Atlantic City, New Jersey.
The free parking opportunity is being provided for Atlantic City residents and visitors.
The free parking will be in effect at The Wave Parking Garage on Thursday and Friday, August 21-22, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. today through 10:00 a.m., tomorrow.
Good Suggestion By The Atlantic City Office of Emergency Management
Michael Chait, Public Information Officer for the NJCRDA confirmed that the free parking idea came from Atlantic City’s Office of Emergency Management.
It’s a very good and proactive idea.
Free Parking Parameters
Chait said:
Parking will only be permitted on the 2nd floor of the garage during this time. Parking garage personnel will be on duty and parking will be validated at the exit gate upon departure, said Chait.
