Atlantic City High School will be having a modified Graduation Ceremony on Wednesday, July 8, 2020 at the Dr. Jack Eisenstein Athletic Complex.

By last name, there will be three staggered graduation ceremonies (10:00 a.m., 12:30 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.) for students and their guests, so as to adhere to Governor Phil Murphy’s executive order.

The seats will be disinfected between each of the three ceremonies. Face masks will be required. All graduates will report to the gymnasium. All guests will report to the football field.

Tickets will be picked up on Wednesday, June 17, 2020.

Each ceremony will be streamed live, because there will be a 500 person limit per-ceremony.

On a personal note, I’m very pleased that the students will not be cheated out of their high school graduation experience.

They already lost out on their final season of athletics and other extra and co-curricular activities.

Barry Caldwell, Atlantic City Superintendent of Public Schools; Atlantic City High School Principal, Dr. La’Quetta Small; President John Devlin and the Atlantic City Board of Education have done a great job throughout the Coronavirus pandemic.

The entire graduation schedule is included in the photograph attached here.
