On October 14, 2025, Atlantic City Police Department officers were dispatched to the Tanger Outlets in response to reports of a man exposing himself in the H&M and Victoria's Secret stores. Officers spoke to witnesses who observed the suspect publicly masturbating inside of the store Police apprehended the suspect near the scene and identified him as Guinyard. On October 20 2025, the Honorable Joseph Levin, J.S.C. granted the State's motion to detain Guinyard, said the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office.
