
Atlantic City Man Pleads Guilty to 2016 Murder
An Atlantic City man pleaded guilty Thursday in connection to the January, 2016, killing of Steven Loughney.

Atlantic County Prosecutor Damon G. Tyner said 29-year-old Kevin Quince pleaded guilty to first degree Felony Murder and second degree Conspiracy to Commit Robbery. The plea agreement includes a 12-year sentence in state prison.
On the night of January 3, 2016, Atlantic City Police responded to the 200 block of South Metropolitan Avenue where they found 28-year-old Steven Loughney dead inside his home, the victim of a shooting.
An investigation by detectives resulted in the arrest of Quince on October 5, 2016.
Quince remains in custody and sentencing is scheduled for July 27th.
