Atlantic City, NJ, Mayor Catches Biggest Break In Criminal Trial

Nothing to date has gone right for Atlantic City, New Jersey Mayor Marty Small throughout the court process regarding his criminal charges.

Small has lost one motion after another for more than one year.

That All Changed Today

In an exclusive first report, we have confirmed that the criminal trial of Marty Small will begin on November 10, 2025.

Thar’s less than one week after Marry Small’s election for Mayor of Atlantic City.

This means that the voters of Atlantic City will go to the polls on general election day, (November 4, 2025) not knowing if Marty Small is guilty or not guilty of multiple child abuse and witnessed tampering criminal charges.

Good afternoon,

Marty Small will be going to trial on 11/10/25.

La'quetta Small is going to trial on 12/1/25.

The email also addressed the security/media plan and submission deadline. I will not publish this detailed comment, as not to interfere with sensitive planning issues.

La’Quetta Small is the superintendent of public schools for Atlantic City, New Jersey.

We have confirmed that her criminal trial date is set for December 1, 2025.

La’Quetta Small faces one 2nd Degree Endangering The Welfare of a Child criminal charge.

La’Quetta Small successfully filed a motion (earlier) to New Jersey Superior Court Judge Bernard DeLury to separate her criminal case from her husband, Marty Small.

The husband and wife duo will have separate trials.

Constance Days-Chapman — Atlantic City High School Principal

Ttere is no word today when her criminal trial will take place.

Days-Chapman is facing a number of serious criminal charges.

An Atlantic County Grand Jury indicted Days-Chapman on August 17, 2024 on a variety of criminal counts as follows:

• second-degree Official
  Misconduct.
• one count of second-degree Pattern of Official Misconduct.
• one count of second-degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
• one count of third-degree Hindering
  Apprehension of Another.

Days-Chapman is currently suspended from her position as principal of the Atlantic City high school

There has been mounting speculation as to whether or not days Chapman will accept a plea, deal and testify against Marty and La’Quetta Small.

Thus far, the three have been united in solidarity. There hasn’t been a noticeable ounce of daylight between these three close friends.
