After the past two years of legal challenges … upon winning acquittal at trial and a new 4-year term as Mayor of Atlantic City, New Jersey … Marty Small is taking an approach that few saw coming.

Marty Small Has Chosen Unity & Not Confrontation

After being called a child abuser for 2 years, could you blame Marty Small if he decided to chose a path of confrontation after being vindicated?

Instead, Small has taken an approach of reconciliation and unity. Except for Atlantic County Prosecutor Will Reynolds and one Atlantic City News blogger. Small really let them have it.

Right After Being Sworn-In To A New Term As Mayor Of Atlantic City — Marty Small Said:

All I want to do is be the mayor of the city that I grew up in & has given my family and I so much," Small said. "I want to be a loving husband and father to my children. I don't want to fight. I think we all need to unite moving forward, and instead of all that negative energy, come help me out. No matter how you feel, the people of Atlantic City spoke in historical numbers and the jury spoke as well. Let's all move on. That's my olive branch to you, said Small.

Attorney Lou Barbone Performed The Oath Of Office

Jordan Barbone held the bible as Small took the oath of office … to serve another 4-year term as Mayor of Atlantic City.

The Father — Son legal duo delivered a command performance during Marty Small’s recent criminal trial.

The Small team won a dominant, unanimous acquittal … which put two long years of legal strife behind Small once and for all.

Small Wants Reconciliation With Daughter

”I'm blessed, this couldn't have been a better way to start the year than to have my daughter Jada Small,” said Marty Small.

Jada Small attended her Father’s swearing-in ceremony, yesterday.

They spent time as a family during New Year’s Eve, with Marty Small saying during his inauguration speech that, “it was just like old times.”

With New York City Casinos Coming Soon …

Small’s approach is vitally important. We must all band together to help Atlantic City keep its market share versus the latest significant challenge it is facing.

I remind you that when Philadelphia approved casino gambling … Atlantic City lost more than 60 percent of its convenience gamblers from Philadelphia.
