Through review of surveillance video, cell phones recovered at the scene, and witness statements, Lampkin was identified as the shooter.

On December 7th, an ACPD detective developed information regarding the whereabouts of Lampkin. That information was relayed to the Absecon Police Department, which took him into custody.

Lampkin must serve 85-percent of his sentence, which is a little more than four years, before becoming eligible for parole.
