A beloved member of the animal family at Cape May Zoo has died.

Cody the Bear Dies

On Monday, officials with the zoo announced the passing of Cody, an American Black Bear who lived at the zoo since 2005.

Veterinarian staff members humanely euthanized Cody following a decline in health due to his advanced age.
