The Consistency

It’s always the same high quality. And, you can’t overstate how important the fresh Atlantic City sub roll is.

If you have “suffered” the experience of a day old sub roll … it actually ruins the sub. Without fresh Atlantic City sub rolls, it would not be a sub … it would onky be a sandwich.

The Atlantic City sub bread must be fresh. If it's day old, please use it for bread pudding, which requires a harder bread to properly incorporate the wet ingredients.
